With three locations in monumentally beautiful spots in the middle of the city, Brewery Troost always has the ideal space available for your event. Whether that is a drink with a few colleagues, a book presentation or an out of control birthday party. We have extensive experience and are happy to think along with you.
The possibilities are endless. Think for example of a walking or sitting dinner, private pub quiz, tour of the brewery, beer tasting, private dining, your own beer tap, or a mariocart tournament. You name it, we make it possible
A beautiful glasshouse has been built in the inner garden of De Pijp. You overlook the courtyard garden and our beehive. The space can be closed off from the brewpub and so it is possible to make presentations, speeches and really create your own party. There are also two beer taps available so your guests don’t have to run to the bar when they get thirsty.
From the loft you have a beautiful view over the brewery and you can look out over the rest of the pub. You can combine a tour with dinner here, for example, or we’ll pull the tables and benches aside and make drinks possible. Of course you also have the possibility to tap your own beers here.
These high tables are in the middle of the pub and at the foot of the brewery. Ideal for drinks with a private tap but dinner is certainly possible as well. This can be done with a smaller or larger group. You can also combine it with a tour of the brewery. The bar is within grabbing distance so if you still feel like a beer cocktail then of course that’s no problem either!
At the edge of the brewery where the first Troost beers were brewed, we have a very nice space with a private beer tap on either side. It is possible to use part of the space here or the entire back side of the pub. This space is not closed off from the rest of the pub so even with a smaller party it quickly becomes cozy.
Looking for a place with a very large group or want to have the place all to yourself? That is also possible in our brewpub in Oud West at times! Our kitchen and bar are flexible to your needs.
The pub in Oud West can be roughly divided into two and this is the side of the Bilderdijkstraat. Here there is a private tap and there is also a beamer. We can use the space flexibly so that both dinner and standing drinks are possible. It is also possible to use the private tap with a smaller group.
