Brouwerij Troost Westergas is a brewery, brewpub, and shop all in one. This brewery produces large quantities of beers such as Pilsner, Extra Wit, I.P.A., and Honingblond. Each year we brew and bottle up to 700,000 liters! Curious about what goes on between the kettles? We also offer tours of our beautiful brewery!
Good beer deserves good food – and you’ll find plenty of that at Brouwerij Troost. The kitchen is open until 10:30 PM, serving up the tastiest burgers, salads, bitterballen, spareribs, nachos, cheesecakes, and much more.
Not in the mood for a burger? Every day we have a special lunch menu from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, featuring a variety of delicious toasts, salads, and other tasty treats!

Every Monday (ENG) evening you can join the Brouwerij Troost Pub Quiz at Troost Westergas! In teams of two up to a maximum of five people, you’ll answer questions spread over several rounds. There’s always a music round, a picture round, and a special theme round. The theme is announced well in advance via our socials, so make sure to prepare! For the rest, it’s finally time to put all that “useless” knowledge in your head to good use.
Participation costs €3.50 per person, and the winners earn a torn-up bar tab. But don’t worry about the losers – there’s always a consolation Troost prize, plus the jackpot question, where luck can win you a portion of bitterballen.
We start at 8:00 PM and wrap up no later than 10:30 PM. Reserve online, by phone, or by email, and let us know how many people are coming, what time you’ll arrive, and whether you’d like to eat beforehand. Teams larger than five are allowed, but beware – extra players may cost you penalty points!
Once a month, there’s also a big fully-themed quiz, the Pub Quiz XL! For more information and themes, check our agenda here!
