A Belgian wheat beer made with wheat malt and oat flakes. The proteins from these malts keep the beer a bit cloudy and that gives a very soft and fresh taste. We use a Belgian yeast that gives banana and clove scents but is more subtle than weizen yeast. Because it is white beer and no weizen, we can also use herbs in this beer. The lemon zest and coriander keep the beer fresh and the chamomile tea makes the taste a little more interesting.
