Lefgoser
A collaboration with Gulpener especially for the CRAFT MegaCollab.
A gose (not confused with Geuze) is a beer that originally comes from Germany that is often slightly acidic and striking because the water from that region contains a lot of minerals and salt.
We made our twist by acidifying with a very acidic and wood-aged beer from Gulpener and we used hopping and lemon thyme from the immediate vicinity of Gulpen. In addition, we have added a little salt and minerals.
The beer is brewed with us in Westergas and the result is a very fresh beer. A little acid and a little salt make it incredibly tasty. The aroma of the lemon thyme is really fresh and that makes this the perfect beer for the summer. People who are not yet deeply rooted in the crazy beers can easily get into this friendly beer.
