Organic white beer brewed with lemon peel, coriander seed and chamomile. The herbs make the beer fresh and give it a citrus note that goes well with the clove and banana flavors of the Belgian yeast. The large amounts of wheat and oats make the beer cloudy and provide the smooth finish. Really a summer beer, but one that you can continue to drink all year round.
