Beer to which we have added an enormous amount of organic fruit. Black currant and passion fruit give this beer its fresh tropical character from which it derives its cheerful name. By allowing the wort to come into contact with a lactic acid bacteria for a period before boiling, it has a light and complex acidity. A wonderful thirst quencher in the summer or a surprising end to a dinner.
