Dining and drinks are a perfect match at Brouwerij Troost. In consultation, we can create a tailored menu for any group or organize a successful drinks event. All our locations have plenty of spaces for large groups and the option to reserve your own beer tap. Check out our spaces!

TAILORED MENU

Depending on the size of your group, we’re happy to coordinate a menu that everyone can enjoy. Dietary requirements? No problem at all! We offer plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.

If you’re dining with a larger group, we may ask you to submit your dinner choices in advance. This ensures that everyone can get their favorite dish and that it arrives on time!

YOUR OWN (WALL) TAP

Birthday? Just got your swimming diploma, bachelor’s, or shoelace diploma? Or simply feel like celebrating because it’s Tuesday? At Troost, you can throw your own party – complete with your very own wall tap!

This tap is in one of our rooms or spaces and is connected to fresh Troost Pilsner straight from the tank. You (and your friends, colleagues, or family) can pour as much as you like, as often as you like!

It’s simple: you take a minimum of 10 liters (about 40 beers), pay only for what you actually pour, and get a nice discount on top.

So: open that tap and cheers to whatever there is to celebrate – big or small!

WESTERGAS – THE MEZZANINE

From the mezzanine, you have a beautiful view of the brewery and can overlook the rest of the pub. Here, for example, you can combine a brewery tour with dinner, or we can move the tables and benches aside to host drinks. Of course, you also have the option to pour your own beers.

• 45m² / max 100 people for drinks or 54 for dinner

Brew Table – Westergas

These high tables are located in the middle of the pub, at the foot of the brewery. Perfect for drinks with your own tap, but dinner is also definitely possible. This works for both smaller and larger groups. You can also combine it with a brewery tour. The bar is within easy reach, so if you fancy a beer cocktail, that’s no problem either!

Do you have a very large group or want to have the whole pub to yourself? In special cases and at certain times, that’s possible! Our kitchen and bar can be adapted to your wishes.
